Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Cabra is my consultancy. This policy explains what information I collect through cabra.cl, what I use it for and how you can exercise your rights. If you have any questions, write to me at hola@cabra.cl.

What I collect

Only what you give me in the contact form:

With each submission I also record the IP address, browser (user agent) and time, to prevent abuse and spam.

What I use it for

To answer your enquiry and follow up on the conversation you start with me. I do not sell or share your information with third parties, and I will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored on Amazon Web Services (United States region) with restricted access, and reach me as a notification in my email (Google Workspace).

How long I keep it

For as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows. If there has been no contact for 24 months, I delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its processing, under Chilean data-protection law (Law 19.628 and Law 21.719), by writing to hola@cabra.cl.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies, analytics scripts or third-party trackers. Like any web server, the site's content delivery network logs technical details of each request (IP address, page requested, browser), kept for 90 days for security and aggregate statistics.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when delivering them.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
